Ethan is the founder and MD of Shirland Ventures Limited with more than 20 years of research and strategy consultancy experience with manufacturers, retailers and investors in more than 25 countries on 5 continents.

Ethan serves on the sounding board of Swiss start-up Agrosustain and was previously the the Research Director for the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Councils for EMEA (www.ccrrc.org).

Ethan graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester, NY with a B.A. in English and History and resides in London, England.
